Titled Untitled (#1)

Hello, everyone :)). Right, so it appears that there will now be not one, but two separate things segments on my blog. Hooray! I decided to call this one ‘Titled Untitled’, because I’ll be writing these when I’m not able to think of a proper title to match the entry (which may or may not happen fairly often).

I think that the a memorable aspect of today is the moon. As I found out just a few minutes ago, it is in fact a ‘super moon’, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. So much so, that our local news page on Facebook posted a picture of it. For obvious reasons, I could not manage to snap a half-decent photo of it, so instead I’ll drop the photo actual professionals took:

A really nice think I’ve noticed some of the bloggers I read are doing, is making posts about the positive things. That made me realise that I haven’t been doing that too openly, so in this entry I’ll talk about the everyday peacefulness that I’ve recently began picking up on.

When I went for a run yesterday morning, something struck a note in me. I can’t tell if it was the absence of the noisy cars and motorbikes; or the soft, warm, almost poetic breeze that was so prominent that morning; or maybe even the combination of the two, but throughout my whole 6km run I felt as if I was meditating. I felt more at peace than I have felt in a long, long while. Have you ever had anything similar happen to you?

Not only that, but I also met some unfairly adorable puppies and a kitten:

Unfortunately, this has proven itself to only be a short entry. I will redeem myself, I promise :)

My question for you today is: What was something positive that happened to you recently?

Have a nice day, everyone. Stay safe and stay happy :))

  1. The moon looks beautiful! For some reason everytime I try to look at the supermoon, it always decides to feel shy and hide behind a cloud. I never get to see it face to face, all my friends have though :')

Something positive? Let's see... Well to be honest, it was you commenting on my blog-- It was a pleasant surprise. (The 1st time someone idk commented!) Thank you so much💕

The real 'Bluggles'

Hi, everyone)). I hope you're doing well. This is an entry I was looking forward to writing for a few days now, and finally got down to it.  As we all know, every task that requires any form of effort (which is, in fact, EVERY task) has its own set of difficulties that tags along with it, no matter if we like that or not. So, I wanted to address some of the struggles I, as well as probably some of you, have come across while blogging this far. BUT, I feel like anyone can just sit down and share a few of their difficulties, therefore, I decided to also include the solutions that have worked for me in my attempts to overcome them. Right, let's get to the point :). The struggle:  Loss of motivation to write. As you may have noticed, I haven't been updating my blog as much as I did in my first two weeks of maintaining it, and that is due to the excitement and motivation to do so slowly dying down. Personally, this is one of my least favourite 'side-effects' of absol...

All about the doggies

Hello, dear readers)). I hope everyone's doing okay. This long awaited (by me) entry is going to be about the dog shelter I mentioned in one of my previous posts: https://mybluggles.blogspot.com/2020/03/after-pandemic.html?m=1 First of all, I'd like to point out the fact that I'm afraid of dogs. People don't believe me when I tell them (especially since I tend to go about petting every single doggie in my sight), but I can assure you I am. Trust me on this. Regardless of that unhandy fear, I have spent the past few months paying visits to volunteer at a dog shelter in my city. I first found out about the shelter when a good friend of mine offered to take me there with her for a day of volunteering. I agreed without any hesitation, because the idea appealed to me quite a bit. Now, I was warned that it would be noisy at the shelter, but no warning could have prepared me for the amount of noise you experience every time you set foot inside. To give you a slightly bet...

Some Positive Occurrences

Hello, welcome back :)). And of course, May the 4th be with you! :) I think this post is pretty self-explanatory; I'll be listing down some of the pleasant stuff that has taken place lately)). 1.)  I've reached a pretty decent, and somewhat unprecedented new height at baking. Or to put it simpler, I decided to challenge myself and have managed to make some nice croissants from scratch. I would have never thought that I'd be able to add this onto my list of things that I occasionally ever so slightly brag about, but here we are :). 2.)  I have FINALLY , and I will emphasise this further, FINALLY  read 'Animal Farm' by George Orwell. For years it has been THE book almost everyone automatically assumed I had read (since I enjoy my classics), and I had to go through the embarrassment of admitting that I hadn't. Honestly, I think this is the accomplishment on this list that I am most proud of. For anyone who hasn't read the book, I really recommend it. ...
